How we work
Five steps from first call to live campaign.
Both sides always know what happens next, what it costs, and what it is being judged against.
The process
-
Brand Audit
For a brand we benchmark goals, needs and challenges against the plans already running. For an artist we map identity, audience and natural brand affinity.
-
Integration
We assess how the program fits what is already in motion, so it adds to the media buy and to the release calendar instead of competing with either.
-
Options and Match
We put artists and brands against each other properly, define the audiences, and map the media channels where the partnership will do the most work.
-
Activate
Build and run the program. Weight stewarded weekly against the contract, activations staffed, fan experiences supervised start to finish. Labels have run meet and greets for years and they fail the same way every time, because tickets get mailed and nobody is there when something goes wrong. We do not send anyone anywhere without a guide.
-
Measure
Delivery reconciled against the floor, market by market. Brand effect measured through your existing studies or ours.
How we measure success
eCPM is the real number.
Real cost against total sales. The number a brand can take to its own board, agreed before launch and reported the same way every time. Artists get the audience side of the same report.
Performance
- Direct sales lift
- Audience growth across digital, social, and foot traffic
- Attention and engagement scores
- Brand consideration and intent to purchase
Brand health
- Brand perception, measured by survey
- Brand satisfaction
- Net Promoter Score
- Social listening and search volume signals
Two questions. Two answers.
- Did it run?
- Delivery is reconciled against the contracted floor, market by market, in the currency your agency already uses. You get a report that puts what was promised next to what aired.
- Did it work?
- Brand effect is measured with the studies you already run. If you do not have them in place, we run them through Brand Keys as part of the program. We are not going to invent a new metric and ask you to spend a year learning to trust it.
- On timing.
- Brand effect does not show up the week after the show. We analyze over the same horizon you already use for every other marketing initiative.
Both sides
One program. Two beneficiaries.
For brands and agencies
One program, quoted to the route, with a contracted floor your planners can evaluate and a music line you can defend and run again next year.
For artists, labels and agents
Promotion in every market you play, original content built around the release, and a partner who protects the artist's name and the fan's experience.
